Aikido for Daily Life (ADL) welcomes back Kimberly Richardson Sensei, the founder and chief instructor of Two Cranes Aikido in Seattle, for her 4th seminar in the UK.

Kimberly Richardson Sensei began her Aikido training in 1978 at Naropa University and entered into an intensive study of the art with her first teacher, Mary Heiny Sensei, in 1979. Kimberly has studied throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan, most notably with Motomichi Anno, Mitsugi Saotome, Frank Doran and Hiroshi Ikeda Shihans, Terry Dobson and Tom Read Senseis. Her goal is to share O Sensei's principles and practices that cultivate peaceful solutions to conflict and encourage nonviolent action.
