Deeside Aikido Club is based in Banchory on Royal Deeside. We are a very welcoming club who look to provide a place where people can come along to training to help develop their mind, body, and outlook.

In his own words

I take my main inspiration from the teachings of Koichi Tohei Sensei, but also from many of the wonderful people I meet when attending seminars. I try to maintain a 'Shoshin (beginners) mind in all of my training.

I aim to have a very 'community spirit' dojo where everyone has a voice and we grow together.

The training is based on developing your mind and body to help you become happy, fit, confident and spiritually content.

Polishing the spirit and body is the goal. All it takes is......
